Do you have a gripe with a company? One that has given faulty merchandise or failed to deliver on time or what you ordered. Everyone has these experiences. You do not need to let large corporations make you feel incapable and helpless. The first step is to send the company via email, its chat room, contact form, or snail mail a complaint. You may be able to get satisfaction from doing just that.
Here are some sites where you can post your complaints. See if the site allows you to include an image of the product you are unhappy about. Many of the sites allow you to respond to comments of others as well as leave your own. On-site you may need to do a subject search to get results of listed complaints. Businesses can also reply to posted grievances.
- PissedConsumer includes a database of consumer complaints on a wide variety of topics “auto, computer, education, finance, food, government, etc.”

Complaint listings are easily accessible on the front page. The site also includes discussion groups on a wide range of topics; however, many of them don’t appear to have a lot of activity yet.
